Concerts

I just went to the Taylor Swift concert in September. She was absolutely amazing.It was my very first concert and I am so glad it was hers. Taylor Swift had a voice like a fairy it was so pretty and it sounded soft and beautiful. I had an awesome time! 🙂

Then I just went to the Selena Gomez concert on the 13th of October. I also had a good time there. She had a beautiful voice too. It sounded so soft and really pretty. It was and amazing concert and i had an awesome time! 🙂

Hoot – Chapter 21 Summary

Roy and his mother were reading the newspaper and found out that Mullet Finger’s real name is Napoleon Bridger Leep. They did a whole story about what happened at the grand opening of Mother Paula’s Pancake House. The writer for the newspaper came by their house and asked Roy a few questions. She asked a question like are you friends with Napoleon Leep?

Roy’s dad called Roy into the kitchen for a second. Roy’s dad gave Roy the file at city hall for the pancake house. It didn’t have the E.I.S. file. E.I.S. stands for Envirolmental Impact Statement. That means they can’t bulldoze it because there are living animals there. Roy said thanks to his dad and went to give the file to the newspaper. She said thank you so much and Roy said “Don’t thank me, thank my dad”.

Hoot – Chapter 15 Summary

Roy really wanted to save the owls. Roy went to Dana’s house that night and mooned Dana. Dana chased Roy for three blocks. Roy saw that he was getting tired, so he slowed down and Dana tried to punch Roy, but Dana was to tired to even hurt Roy.

Curly was watching TV when he heard a SNAP. Then a cry rang out, so he muted the TV and grabbed his gun. Something thumped against the side of his trailer and another SNAP. Curly jumped out of his trailer and landed on the intruder. The intruder was Dana. He said his name was Roy, then he threw dirt in Curly’s eyes and ran off. Officer Delinko was on the road and grabbed Dana, officer Delinko asked why he was running, so Dana told him and now they are going down to the police station.

Hoot – Chapter 9 Summary

Today was the day Dana came back to school. Roy was really nervous. Garrett said he should go home early because he heard Dana will be waiting for him after seventh period. Roy’s last class was American History. When the bell rang, Roy stayed in the class room until Mr.Ryan, left the classroom. Roy walked with Mr.Ryan until the teacher’s lounge.

Roy had a shortcut through the gym to get to his bus, but unfortunately Dana knew about the shortcut too. While Roy was walking down the hall Dana grabbed him and pulled him into the janitor’s closet. Dana started to punch Roy. Dana strangled Roy until he passed out. Then Beatrice Leep grabbed Dana , stripped him down to his under wear and hung him to a flag pole.

Curly found snakes on the lot today. Curly hired  dogs to guard the lot. When he found the snakes on his lot, the owner saw one of the snakes almost bit one of his dogs, so he took the dogs away.

Hoot – Chapter 2 Summary

The next morning Roy looked for the kid, but he didn’t see him. Same with the next day and the next, but on Friday he saw the boy again. The bus stopped and Roy ran off the bus. Before Roy got off the bus Dana grabbed the back of his shirt and wouldn’t let go, so Roy punched him in the nose and ran. Roy ran after him, then he got hit by a golf ball.

Roy missed out on all of his morning classes and some of lunch because he had a meeting with the vice-principal. Roy was suspended from the bus for two weeks. Roy was really happy because he didn’t have to ride the bus for two weeks. He also had to write an apology letter to Dana. The vice-principal said that the bus driver didn’t see Dana strangling him, so Dana didn’t get a punishment.
